Andrew Silas has been a chef in the bay area for the past decade-plus. Along with his apprenticeship under Certified Master Chef Sandor Zombori, Andrew has honed his talents under such local culinary masterminds as Ted Dorsey, Marty Blitz, Ferrel Alvarez and other talented culinary giants in the bay area, becoming his own culinary enigma in the local foodie scene where his food often invokes a visceral reaction, inviting the quest to live inside the memory of the experience for an indeterminate length of time.
